Daiquiri Mark 4

I love daiquiris, and I was in the mood for a bit of a twist, so I went for my agave syrup bottle and concocted this bad boy with a blend of Agricole and funky Jamaican rums. The Neisson imparts a nice vegetal note like a tropical golf course, and the Smith and Cross is just its usual hoco-ey self. While agave spirits are the natural pairs for Agave syrup, I find it holds up really well in rum drinks too. Honestly sometimes you’re just too lazy to make some simple syrup.

With its cool little jigger pick!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Agricole Rum (Neisson)
  • 1 oz Smith and Cross
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Agave Syrup
