I’ve recently been tinkering with shrubs; the delightful fresh fruit and vinegar ingredients are a great way to introduce acidity and sweetness into cocktails. Finally the strawberry shrub was done for me to try this out. I didn't have the exact ingredients (Olmeca Teq, White Bacardi, Borghetti espresso liqueur, homemade Falernum) but the final results were fantastic.
Thank you so much. I would never have thought of coffee! :)
So glad you enjoyed it! How did you do the falernum?
