Last night I went out to grab some Indian food, but it was running a few minutes late, so I popped by Kontiki, our delightful local tiki bar, and grabbed a to-go cocktail and rum. They have an impressive back bar and line up of rum, and I was in the mood for something sweet, so I went with the Plantation Fiji.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Citrusey floor finish, brown sugar, toffee. Palate: Very sweet, liquid caramel, raisins and oaky bourbon notes, cherry syrup. Tannic back palate, comes off a bit young.
