Tasting Notes
Nose: Charcoal fire, peat smoke, not very islay though, it’s heavy, brooding. Mescal, margharitas and lime.
Palate: Starts very pleasant with a mix of sweet honey and malt, but as it lingers it gets unbearably bitter and tannic. Like eating cigarrette ash. Margharitas at Applebees, but that’s not a bad thing.
